Please read the following important information pertaining to the sale of goods by Phoebe Designs (ABN 93 976 880 240) through the website www.phoebedesigns.com.au

• When you submit an order to Phoebe Designs over the Internet you are offering to purchase from Phoebe Designs those items set out in your order. Payment details must be provided at the time of submission. No goods will be delivered before full payment is received.
• Payments will be processed in $AUD.
• Phoebe Designs reserves the right to cancel orders it believes are fraudulent.
• Amendments to orders can be made to Phoebe Designs with the permission of the customer. Submission by email to sales@phoebedesigns.com.au and telephone are considered as a valid source of communication for this authorisation.
• All Phoebe Designs products sold on this website are inclusive of GST and all other taxes, as appropriate, in Australia.
• Phoebe Designs reserves the right to adjust prices and discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Where a product becomes unavailable after acceptance of your order, Phoebe Designs will contact the customer and offer an alternative and/or remove that item from the order.
• Please note that if you choose to have your order sent uninsured Phoebe Designs will not be held responsible for goods undelivered. Phoebe Designs can only accept responsibility for non-delivery of goods where a delivery option requires a signature. Phoebe Designs offers free delivery on orders over AUD$100.00 within Australia only.
• Phoebe Designs can ship internationally for AUD$20.00, this includes insurance.
• If goods are found to be faulty, Phoebe Designs will offer a replacement or provide a full refund including any related postal charges.
• No refunds or exchanges are applicable for cancellation of orders.
• Phoebe Designs uses only high quality materials in its products, however we will not be held responsible should you have an allergic reaction to the materials used in our jewellery. You wear at your own risk.
