Australia & New Zealand:

• Phoebe Designs will send all goods by registered post including insurance for a flat fee of AUD$10.00.
• Phoebe Designs offers free delivery on all orders over AUD$100.00 within Australia only.
• Australia Post endeavours to deliver your parcel within 3 - 5 working days.

International Post

• Phoebe Designs will send all goods to overseas destinations for a flat fee of AUD$20.00. This includes delivery confirmation and insurance.
• Phoebe Designs is unable to give exact delivery times for overseas orders due to the differing postal services throughout the world and possible delays due to customs, which are outside our control.
• Australia Post estimates that Airmail will take between 4 and 30 working days.
• If you would like your order send by courier this can be arranged with EMS International Courier from AUD$36.50

Customs for Overseas Orders

Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately Phoebe Designs is not able to estimate what these charges, if any, might be.
